Steph and Sep were a dream couple to photograph. They were both the loveliest people. The Brides family home at the base of the Pyrenees was the focal point to this mountainous backdrop wedding, and a stark contrast to Sydney Australia where they were living at the time! Split over two days, the official Mairie wedding took place in the local village of St Gaudens. A simple but very cute affair, with close family and friends and a little stroll around the village afterwards, escaping the rain showers. A couple of weeks later we celebrated on a bigger scale, with a beautiful garden Marquee, Church wedding and dancing until dawn.
I managed to steal them away for 30 minutes in the fields opposite the venue and wow. Was it worth it… those mountains at dusk were just glowing with pinks and purples, and still are some of my favourite images to date!
